Attached is the text for my presentation given on June 16, 2014 in a joint workshop held at the Department for Economic Development (DED) of Abu Dhabi, UAE. It gives an overview of the impressive economic growth of Korea during the last half century, which has been based on rapid industrial development and export drive.
